Our logo is more than just a symbol – it is our vision in perfect form. The perfect circular shape stands for perfection and our commitment to accompany our clients through all tasks and challenges, from the beginning to the end, through depths and heights. The circle also stands for democracy, because all points are equidistant from the center. This means: Always at eye level with our customers as equal partners.
The form is modeled after our home star, to which all life owes its existence. The sun embodies the ambivalence of energy, warmth, and light, but also the wisdom to keep distance not to fly too high and burn oneself. It combines mediation and ambiguity. Futurism that meets realism. Prototypical pragmatism. It is the system that provides orientation and reference and thus is a place out of time. It is the gleaming light of the future that blinds us and at the same time grants us insight.
Turquoise is the color of the vast ocean on which explorers sail with their gaze fixed on the horizon. We sail in uncharted waters and without a map of the future. We create it for those who come after us. Because: This ocean is full of expectations and has room for ideas, whether they are under, on, or above the water. We make digital transformation tangible with our Mercedes Sprinter on steroids. This former construction site vehicle has been lovingly transformed piece by piece into a time machine for the future of healthcare. Originally intended as a support vehicle for hackathons and innovation labs, it has already served as a mobile eye clinic, attraction at the Mouse Door Opening Day, and has been active in various social hotspots, as well as on Unter den Linden in Berlin. Building Foundations from Stumbling Blocks
We turn stumbling blocks into foundations with our workshops that promote creativity and reflection and immediately lead to action. We think with our hands and work with our words. For this, we use our own methodology that was specially developed and extensively tested for this purpose.
Those who want to reach higher and build bigger will be well served with our building block table. Up to six people can simultaneously build up their ideas and visions there, discuss and share them with each other. If needed, we support with professional building block experts.

Ignoring Gravity - Not Taking Gravity Too Seriously
Sometimes you just have to let gravity be gravity and simply pretend it doesn't exist. It makes thinking easier, it makes things more carefree. And we could use more of that, because those who always complain become increasingly heavier and heavier and shouldn't be surprised when they eventually sink. How you can find your lightness again despite the gravitational forces that prevent us from being innovative - that's what we'd love to show you.
We are a group of individuals who share common values and believe that technology needs attitude and digital transformation also has a human face. We believe in human freedom and capacity for development, and that access to health and access to education are the foundations of democratic social orders. We work together in the HealthCare Futurists network as an interdisciplinary community of values with each other and together with our clients to shape the future together in a world that is changing rapidly and presenting us with new challenges. We bring our different abilities to this.
We are primarily explorers of the new and unknown. Curiosity drives us. Our reward is exploring the world and facing complexity. We want to learn. Together with our clients.
And finally, we are also future magicians. We are already shaping tomorrow today. Not a dystopia, but a place where we all want to live. To this end, we develop visions and prototypes that make transformation tangible. With all senses.
We are also rebels who always question the status quo. We don't like startup petting zoos, but open exchange, uncomfortable questions but always an attitude with optimism and a 'can do' worldview.

Reset or can it go? AI and digitalization in healthcare - health at the touch of a button
CTRL + ALT + HEAL stands for conscious realignment: regaining control, thinking alternatives, understanding healing holistically. Transformation is not automatic – it requires leadership, clarity and the courage to make decisions.
We have developed seven core theses that will shape the future for us. These are axioms that locate our actions and give us direction. Fixed stars on our expedition into the future.
Core Theses
Core Thesis 1: Change is inevitable – the opportunity lies in conscious design.
Demographic change, skilled worker shortage, and economic conditions make it clear: optimizing existing systems is not enough – we need a structural and cultural restart. This transformation is not a threat, but a necessary prerequisite for future viability.
Core Thesis 2: Artificial intelligence is not science fiction – it will become part of the care infrastructure.
AI doesn't replace people, but it changes how medical and care work is done. It supports decisions, reduces routine, and improves coordination – provided it's introduced as an integral part of a future-ready system.
Core Thesis 3: Democratization in healthcare changes not only patients – but also leadership.
Health is increasingly shaped collectively. Patient empowerment requires data access, participation, and real responsibility. This also changes the role of leaders: from decision-maker to enabler, from expert to translator.
Core Thesis 4: Future care is networked, data-driven – and requires new competencies.
Care, digital systems, and patients will cooperate even more closely in the future. To shape this new care reality, we need so-called Future Skills: tolerance for ambiguity, digital health competency, ethical capability, and interprofessional collaboration.
Core Thesis 5: Technology needs attitude – otherwise it remains just a tool.
Technological progress alone doesn't secure the future. What matters is the attitude, ethical framework, and design will with which we use it. The connection of technology and meaning is the key to real innovation.
Core Thesis 6: Waiting doesn't help anymore. Understanding customer needs becomes crucial.
AI accelerates innovation cycles. This only works through profound understanding of the life realities of those we work for. We support them on their journey into the future.
Core Thesis 7: AI, like humans, needs practice.
AI practices on data, humans on challenges. When both AI and surgeons lack practice, this has fatal consequences for results. We therefore need coexistence of both systems. AI alone will not make us better practitioners and doctors.
